These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mr. English AI Telegram bot, the website at ai.mrenglishchannel.com, and any related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by Bekka Studios LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the United States.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Mr. English AI is an AI-powered English-learning assistant that operates inside Telegram. It provides conversational practice, grammar feedback, and other language-learning features. The Service is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee any specific learning outcome or proficiency level.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts and Access

The Service is accessed through your existing Telegram account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and for all activity that occurs through it in connection with the Service.

4. Free and Paid Plans

We offer a free plan with usage limits as described on our website. We may also offer paid subscription plans with additional features. Pricing, billing cycles, and plan features are described at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to change our pricing and plan features at any time; changes will not affect a subscription period you have already paid for.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Charges may appear on your statement as Bekka Studios or Mr. English AI. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems;
• Use the Service to generate or distribute spam, harassment, or content that violates the rights of others;
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we aim for accuracy and helpfulness, AI-generated content may sometimes be incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected. You should not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional advice, and you use its output at your own discretion.

8. Intellectual Property
