Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions to Mr. English AI (the "Service"), operated by Bekka Studios LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

1. Free Plan

Mr. English AI offers a free plan that requires no payment and no credit card. You can use the free plan for as long as you like with no obligation.

2. Subscription Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) according to the billing cycle shown at the time of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period;
• You will not be charged again after cancellation;
• You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.

4. Refunds

Because the Service provides immediate digital access, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. However, we want you to be satisfied, so we will consider refunds in the following cases:

• Duplicate or accidental charges: fully refundable.
• Technical issues that prevented you from using the Service and that we were unable to resolve.
• Requests made within 7 days of your first payment, if you have not made substantial use of the paid features.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@mrenglishchannel.com with the email address used for the subscription and a brief description of your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
